Let's chat about Postnatal Support
Your Fourth Trimester Journey
The 12 weeks after birth bring profound changes. My postnatal support evolves with your needs, from intensive early care to building your confidence and independence:
- Weeks 1-2
Focus on your recovery, feeding establishment, and newborn care while I handle household duties - Weeks 3-4
Support as you develop your routines, introducing gentle bonding activities like baby massage - Weeks 5-6
Gradual transition to independence with continued emotional support
Weeks 7-12: Flexible assistance as needed, celebrating growth and addressing new challenges
My role isn’t to take over or dictate—it’s to nurture your confidence while providing practical help and evidence-based guidance, allowing you to discover your unique family rhythm and trust your instincts.
